Working on the integration of Schroders Personal Wealth into Lloyds Wealth, helping establish the engineering capability and deliver new wealth management journeys within the Lloyds retail banking app.

• Provide technical leadership across multiple delivery teams comprising 30+ engineers, covering solution design, refinement, planning, code review and engineering standards.
• Established repositories, CI/CD pipelines, environments, governance and testing strategy as the programme moved from mobilisation into delivery.
• Design and deliver services using Java, Quarkus, GCP and event-driven architecture, integrating internal banking platforms with third parties including Salesforce and FNZ.
